     Individuals participating in any programs, events, or activities associated with or hosted by Black Dog Hunting and our partners agree to the below disclaimers in both word and good faith.

          PART ONE: Black Dog Hunting’s “Photo/Likeness” release; You agree to allow us to post pictures of you online and talk about the outdoor event you participated in. 

          PART TWO: Black Dog Hunting’s “hold harmless” agreement; You agree in good faith to hold harmless and not liable, Black Dog Hunting and any Captains, Guides, Outfitters, and Event Sponsors as it relates to your event.

          PART THREE: Black Dog Hunting's "one and done" agreement; Due to the nature of our events and our desire to support as many Veterans as possible with these experiences, as a participant, you agree that these events are "once-in-a-lifetime" and will not re-enter for consideration, but instead refer other Veterans from our community.
